We have two open positions in our Spark T.H.I.S. youth mentoring program.
Spark T.H.I.S. serves 70 students in Renton middle and high schools, students who are at risk of dropping out of school or ending up in jail. They tend to have a GPA of 2.0 or less, high truancy rates, and not enough support at home.
Through individual check-ins, group discussions, and community service activities,
Spark T.H.I.S. helps students make better decisions about their education and relationships. Our goal and passion is to spark Truth, Hope, Involvement, and Success
in every single young person participating in this program.

/ Case Managers / Youth Life Coaches
RAYS offers internship opportunities with a paid stipend for students
who are enrolled in accredited university programs. Both master's level
and bachelor's level students receive regular individual supervision.
All internship experiences will likely include providing services both
agency-based and within our school-based services program. Internships
offered include the following: Child and Family Therapist Intern (master's
level), Case Manager Intern (bachelor's level), Youth Life Coach
(bachelor's level). All experiences may include providing a combination
of individual and group services.
